Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Note that ALL returns is a subject to a 30% Re-stocking fee due to the nature of  our "made to order" business model. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it,  and in its original packaging. Any parts that have signs of use will be rejected.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be responsible for sending and shipping the items back to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a RMA will not be accepted. You will also be responsible for shipping the items back to us. 


Cancellations

Any time an order is cancelled before production, a 10% charge is accessed and deducted from the refund amount.  A 15% fee will be charged for International orders. These fees cover our merchant fees and payment processing fee. If a product has already been printed and processed, or fulfilled , same 30% restocking fee will apply  


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned. Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) are not eligible for returns.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for any our products. Want a different color or variant? No problem! Just email us and we can take care of the exchange. 

Note: You will be responsible for any shipping cost related for the exchange of an item. 


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Note: Any shipping and handling charges are not eligible for a refund.

Re-stocking fee is also deducted from the final refund amount.
