Shipping policy

Dark Additive typically ships within 12-14 days depending on order backlog.  The reason for the delay between ordering and shipping it because our additive manufacturing facility needs time to build the product. Your product may be built alongside other orders also increasing time OR the order needs re-tooling given the custom material or nature of the product. We always email our customers a tracking number when the order is ready for shipment. If you need to know the current build time OR the current status of your order prior to receiving a tracking number, then you can email us directly at info@darkadditive.com.
